"Disaster Preparedness Seminar" - To be announced for 2014
Come prepared to hear from experts on various topics on disaster preparedness & survival, and leave feeling more empowered.
Available will be presenters, door prizes and valuable free handouts to share with your neighbors and family to help prepare your community for possible disasters. The more you prepare, the greater your chances of survival.
2. "Celebrating Womanhood" - To be announced for 2014
This is a special time for Ladies, only, ages 12 years and up, to Relax and Release while embracing meditation, aromatherapy, chair massage, Reiki or reflexology session, a wonderful dining cuisine, and words of wisdom by guest speakers. RSVP required.
3. KWANZA 2013, Gem Theatre, 1616 E. 18th Street, KCMO. Dec. 26th to 31, 2013, shop the Open African Market at 6pm, program starts at 7pm. Seventh day, Jan. 1, 2014 at Nefertiti Ballroom, 3pm (bring a dish for pot luck) 1314 Quindaro, K.C., Kansas.
